This study is interested about the importance of the venture capital as a financing strategic choice for theemerging projects on the one hand and as a mechanism to finance the national economy, on the other hand,also shed light on the evolution of venture capital companies in Algeria, and the importance of the offerprovided by these companies and the obstacles that stand in front of her during its financing, and that preventedthe development or the emergence of a new venture capital firms that meets the needs of emerging projects.
