The present article is about foreign investments whether direct or in portfolio, the distribution of foreign investments in the world ; the Algerian laws about investment and the part of the Arabic countries and Algeria, we try to speak about the investments obstacles in Algeria; such as the absence of efficient market and the transparency in the transactions, the corruption and the bribery ,the intellectual property rights ,the relation with the customers and the non adherence of Algeria to the O.M.C and the related investment measures
