التلويح الحواري في الخطاب الديني (كتاب التوحيد للشيخ الصدوق انموذجاً)

The theory of Conversational Implicature has explained a very important issue preoccupied linguists which is how we can mean more that what we say in our conversations and in the various contexts. After studying Al-Tawheed by Al-Sheikh Al-Sadduq, we have found that the implicatures used in the speeches of the household (PBUH) are to exalt the Almighty from the possibility of perceiving Him, to refute the saying that the adjectives are out of use for Him as they require specifying and personifying, and to prove His oneness. This is done through a technique not meant to inform about the location, but they expressed a specific meaning resulted from breaching conversational rules. This process gives semantic richness and concomitant meanings reached by the hearer through contemplating. Therefore, the hearer contributes in producing the text via his expectations and anticipations.
