The current research deals with the extent to which the business organizations are engaged in innovative strategic initiatives in disrupting the negative phenomena in the business environment according to the organizational logic of contemporary business and activating the modern leadership style of business organizations according to their modern models (developmental, results, integrative, personal).Background The intellectual and cultural leader of the leadership, which is the responsibility of the choice of senior management.The strategy in the commercial sector in Basra is a model, identifying the relative importance of the components of the strategic initiative in the trade sector environment, analyzing the level of awareness of the issue of fragmentation and adventure creativity through international and local alliances, analyzing and diagnosing the impact of the strategic initiative. Diagnosis of Disruptive innovation indicators.The researcher adopted the method of the intentional sample which included a sample of leaders in some of the modern business organizations of Basrah, with a total of (25) out of (35) and (71%). Descriptive and semantic tests will be conducted to test the correlation and influence relationships between the strategies of fragmentation creativity and investment risk.
