The European civilization participated in supporting the principles of the human rights by theories and new opinions which emphasized the justice and respect the laws . All those theories confirmed that any state wich do not act to satisfy its citizens is abad state and it will decline . The subject of the human rights took agreat attention for its importance in political , economic and social fields . All these justifications stood behind our choosing this subject which we divided it into three topics and a conclusion . The first dealed with the relation between democracy and citizen’s political act . and the conclusion fixed the main results wich this study reached .
