The Islamic Jurisprudence is characterized by its flexibility and comprehensibility to all life aspects due to having basics, stable and variable rules according to time, place and situation. It is true that the Islamic jurisprudence has unchangeable rules whatever happens but there are others which can be developed and changed by Al—Ijtihad. This is why one can find new rules that suit their time.
