The Effect of y-Ray On The Optical Properties of (SnO2: Al) Thin Film

The efTect of gamma rays on optical properties of these films have been studied. lt was found the i*ray affected these properties by reducing the value of all the parameters under investigation and the energy band gap decreases for the exposed films as the percentage of AL increase, expect in lo4 percenkge in comparison vvith unirradiated values.
