تاثير اشعة كاما على الصفات البصرية لاغشية (SnO2) الرقيقة

In this research we study the eflect ol(1-rays) onthe opticalnroperties of(SnO2) thin films . These films were exposed to ( v-rays)for two weeks . Transmittance and absorptlon spectra werc rccordedin the rvavclcngth range (300-900)nm in order to obtain the opticalparameters We calculate the forbidden energ-- gap for directtransition and study the absorption coellicient, reflectivily and theoptical parameters such as extinction coefficient, refractive index,real and imaginary part ofdielectric constant and the electricalconductivity.
