In this research a study of the effect of proton accepter solvents on the absorption frequencies in infrared spectra of the acetic acid molecule which is proton donor. As well as the classification of the whole frequencies of this molecule as a monomer and dimmer. We study the limitation of some sites of these frequencies which caused Fermi resonance with fundamental frequency (vOH).
