Deconvolution analysis is a mathematical technique which can correct an organ time activity curve for the dynamically changing pattern of blood pool activity presented to that organ . The viable deconvolution methods produce results which are effective in a clinical environment. We have presented a simple method of deconvolution by (methods of orthogonal function, which are Legender functions). Easily implementable and it requires minimal prior assumptions. A method for numerical evaluation of Laplace transform is described. A function approximation as a linearcombination of a set of orthogonal basis functions which are Legender functions and the Laplace transform of the output observed is determined. The coefficients of _the approximation are determined by minimizing f (x ) and the chosen curve at the corresponding points. The unique property of Legender polynomials leads to good results,which are demonstrated with an example,and,finally,we give an applicationof integral equation
