Investigation on Some Optical Properties of Bromine Doped Cadmium Oxide Thin Films

Thin films of Bromine doped CdO were prepared using chemical spray pyrolysis Technique XRD- Measurement reveled that these deposited Thin films were polycrystalline in nature with (111) preferred orientation , The optical band gap of these films were recorded , it was clearly seen that Bromine doping enhance the optical properties by decreasing the value of the optical energy gap.
