The growth of KHS04 single crystal of size 15mmx12mmx6mm by slow evaporation technique with diAmmonium hydrogen phosphate DAP morphology is achieved Jts x-ray powder diffraction pattern revealed the prefer orientation. The optical experimental results discard of the superprotonic conductivity of KHS04 crystal at room temperature due to increase in free electron density.
