Effect of Oxidation Temperature on Optical Properties of ln(2)O(3) Thin Films

ln(2)O(3) thin films have been prepared by thermal evaporation of indium in vacuum on unheated glass substrates, followed by thermal oxidation in air .The effects of oxidation temperature on the thin filmsln(2)O(3) thickness and optical properties of the films were reported. The absorption and transmition spectra were recorded in the range 350-900 nm,The direct and allowed optical band gap energy has been evaluated from (ahu)^2 vs. (hu) plots.
