A Comparison of Modified Methods for Estimation of Reliability Function for Rayleigh Distribution with two Parameter by using Simulation

This paper is concemed with estimation of Reliability Function of the two parameter Rayleigh distribution.Suggested lnethods for estimating the two parameter of Rayleigh distribution and its Reliability Function and then a program will be presented here,also an empirical study depends on silnulated observations with different parameter s values and sampleis sizes from Rayleigh distribution was conducted,to compare between different rnodifled methods depends on their lnean square error and to show practically that the suggested rnethods work well in estimation of Reliability Function.Itis shown thatthe Second Modifled Maximum Likelihood Method is the best method in the case of all sample s sizes and paralneters values used.
