    Efforts have been made to improve the working properties of zinc oxide (ZnO) powder for electronic applications. A material with a uniform and submicron grain size is needed to get the required properties. Chemical properties techniques were viewed as potentially the best means of achieving such a microstructure. These techniques provide homogeneity and allow for lower sintering temperatures, thus reducing grain gAroqwuetho.u s precipitation chloride (ZnCl2) salt has been used to synthesize zinc oxide particles various particles in shape and size have been produced, such as spherical, flaky, sponge-like granular, those powders have different mean particles size, (3.8), (6), (8.), and (183) and (228Mm) respectively. Characterizations of the prepared zinc oxide powders was made by using X-ray analysis, particle size and distribution, apparent and tap density measurements. Hauser ratio, and scanning electron microscopy.
