Applying Multi-Level of Enhancement for Image Denoising Techniques

In this paper we describe a new method for image denoising by suggesting a new technique for image enhancement (denoising). This paper describes a simple and effective model for noise removal through suggesting a new technique for retrieving the image by allowing us to estimate it from the noisy image. The proposed algorithm depends on mixing the advantages of both Enhancement Difference Filter-Horizontal with Median filter and Arithmetic Operation and applying continuous on noisy image and compute the value of SNR after each step of application then compare between the results when enhance the noisy image (by using the same noisy image) and when enhance the noisy image by using another noisy image but with the same SNR. The proposed method of image retrieving and smoothing outperforms the conventional methods that are used for image enhancement. The suggested algorithm and the evaluation test carried using Visual Basic V.6 package.
