Annealing Effect on Some Optical properties and Urbach Energy of CuIn(SexTe1-x)2 Films

In the present work, we have studied the effect of annealing on some optical properties of CuIn (SexTe1-x)2with (x=0.5) thin films deposited on glass substrates by Vacuum thermal evaporation technique. The optical transmission (T %) in the wavelength range (300-900 nm) of films was measured. the reflectance, absorption coefficient, Skin depth ,and Urbach energy were calculated and correlated with annealing .
