The effect of y- rays on the optical constants of SnO2 prepared by spray pyrolysis technique

Thin films of SnO2 have been prepared using spray pyrolysis technique in ethanol solution for the first time, the affect of y- irradiation on some optical constants were studied and it was found that y- rays affected all the optical parameters by decreasing their values.
