Given the great reliability of the Iraq economy on oil revenues has become necessary to adopt the diversification of sources of national income in the Iraq economy and develop the economic base policy without relying on the oil sector and to a chive a greater number of the main sources of income and raise productive capacity in the various economic sector especially in the most able to lead the areas which the most important of the agriculture sector because of the relative abundance of the agricultural resources in Iraq to allow economic policy to be implemented successfully in the development and increase ــــــــــــــــــــ the efficiency of the Iraq economy and the of a balanced economy depends on more than one sector in revenue to the state and to diversity sources of national income. Which contributes to the agricultural sector without active in achieving overall economic development, through what provided by vital sector of agricultural crops as raw materials and intervention argument in most other sector of the economy, as well as its role in the provision of essential food products to meet the need of the local demand of food, in addition to its contribution to the gross domestic product and economic growth in general. Therefore, consideration should be given to agriculture that have appositive role development and a driving force for economic growth in terms of providing significant contribution and contributed to the process of developing countries and its equipped with the economic surplus for the growth of the industrial sector as surplus labor transferred from rural and surplus food to feed the urban population and surplus of good exported to foreign currency as well as agricultural products used as inputs in the manufacturing process as well as to find a market for the disposal of industrial products . Also, the agricultural sector and the influential main role in diversifying the sources of national income polices, especially that Iraq is one of the countries with a relative abundance of a agricultural resources.
