اعتراضات الامام ابن دقيق العيد (ت 702ه) على العلماء من خلال كتابه الاقتراح في بيان الاصطلاح

1- Imam Ibin Dakeik al-Ead (May Allah mercy him)one of the famous Imams in the field of objection and modification. The best proof of the his book (Al – Iqtirah fi Bayan Al - Istilah) that has been tackled in the current research. 2- The number of objections of this research are seven. 3- The scholars' testification about his position and status in the filed of Hadeeth. 4- His agreement with the majority of the scholars against the extremists. 5- In the fifth objection, he announces The authorization in listening according to the Imam's saying ( so and so) with repetition. The aim is that: if the narrator's name is to be repeated in another place, the narrator's name has to be mentioned only without his / her parentage.
