This study deals with these strategic & how to apply them to a sample of companies whose iinanciai nature is dominating such as banks that be long to private bank sector in Iraq in which maximizing of enterprise value is a strategic goa; tor all types of these companies in order to remain in competitors environment & achieving maximum returns with possible least risks.
