Las herramientas lingüísticas que delimitan el significado preciso del vocablo en el proceso de la traducción

Translation is an operation of transferring from language to another; it has a special importance, so it has to be done with high linguistic and professional norms. Therefore, the specialists in translating have set norms and bases that we have not to give up them, some of them have relation with trusty in translate the ideas and the key words from the original texts as they are without explications or interpretation. In this investigation we make some steps to reach the correct meaning of the word. These steps are as a method if we cannot find the real meaning by the first we try with second and so on, these steps are: 1. Lexical meaning. 2. Textual meaning. 3. Contextual meaning. 4. Suggestive meaning. The first depend on the dictionary and glossaries as a resources to get the meanings of the words, but if this method is not useful we have to use the textual meaning, that’s because sometimes a word in medical text not have the same meaning when it come in a juridical text so we have to use the specialized dictionaries according to the nature of the text which we want to translate. If both of anterior methods are not useful we try find meaning according to the context and here we can see the abilities of the translator. The forth method depends on the translator s culture and knowledge, because it have relation with the translation of proverbs and sayings, customs and traditions of the other people.
