ثقافة التسامح وبناء الدولة

This paper is an attempt to discuss the concept of tolerance from the viewpoint of sociology and political anthropology. The main point is how can we achieve conciliation between Iraqi fractions who involve in violence, hatred, sectarianism and religious controversy, which leads to segmentation of the whole structure of society. Tolerance could not be applicable unless we get rid of the traitor politicians, the feeling of resistance to Illumination, which dominate the thinking of rivals, and leaders who manipulate Iraqi human life, their assets and their future. The conclusion is that the nations can’t be rebuilt with hatred, segmentation and sectarian alliance, thus tolerance needs a suitable climate to take place otherwise all efforts could go with dust
