Modern turkey had changed and developed because of the deep and effective reforms that done by Justice and Development party in different fields.It witness a new era for a state that develop and renew in all matters and this development will continue until the state retutns the civil face for its political and legal institutions to apply its functions effectivly. Undoubtly,the internal reforms which done by the Justice and Development government and its role in growing the Turkish regional role return to the existence of a political system that believe in democracy (even if it was relativly) based on political multiplicity. We should know if that the changes witnessed by Turkey in the time of Justice and Development government was an emergency manner and will end with the end of the party for any reason,or that these changes are so deep that the changes of policies and changes of political parties that reach to the top of political system will not affect it.
