    The principle of subordination of the rulers to the law considered one as one of the most prominent legal and constitutional princeple that have existed since the Middle Ages and were associated with human rights and freedoms which were considered the basis for restricting the power of rulers and kings. As most of the peoples of The world fought in order to achieve their rights and freedoms and ensure that its application is not arbitrary by the ruling authority Through it's inclusion in constitutionl and legal provisions that restrict the ruling authority and can achieve political stability as well as practisng the judiciary to its role in the application of law and control over rulers work and it effects on protecting citizens from injustice and tyranny of rulers reinforced by cooperation between the three authorities in the country (legislative judicial and Executive), so each one of them watch the other as legally called separation of powers and this is considered one of the basic guarantees that helps in protecting human rights and freedoms.
