The study aims at exploring the educational problems from the point of view of the principals and teachers in the elementary and secondary schools. It also aims at knowing the Parents 'point of view of these problems. The researcher used the historical descriptive approach to fibd out the historical dimension of role of mass media, the mahor educational problems and the role educating the society. The study concludes that there are many major problems facing the educational process such as leaving the school, escaping, and using private lectures.
