Using Fuzzy AHP for evaluation of Success measurement for innovation in banking industry

According to increasing the complexity and competition in business environment, having innovative employee and defining innovative process is very important for each organization. In this paper we apply fuzzy AHP method to evaluating the innovation in an Iranian private bank. For identify effective factor on organizational innovation, we using Griffin and Page innovation model. This model has 3 criteria and 14 indices. Then according this model, pair-wise comparison questionnaires distributed among banking experts. After calculations of fuzzy AHP, results show that customer is the most important factor of innovation in banking sector
