DFT parameters of disubstituted silylenes

Density functional theory (DFT) has been used calculating certain properties such as hardness, η, chemical potential, μ, and electrophilicity, ω, of disubstituted silylenes. These parameters show that electrophilicity of these silylenes decreases with increasing electron donating properties of substitutions.
