Structural and magnetic Studies of cobalt ferrite Nanoparticles Synthesized using solgelmethod

Cobalt ferrite nanopaeticles were synthesized, using sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction patterns of our nanoparticles exhibit the Cobalt ferrite characteristic peaks and the estimated nanocrystal sizes were found to be in agreement with SEM studies of samples. Hysteresis loop show supper paramagnetic properties for nanoparticles, and Saturation magnetization increases with increasing anneal temperature
