In this paper, a repair network (RN) for third party logistic (3PL) provider with uncertain
rate of repair and repair products is designed by applying a novel approach of robust optimization
(RO). First, a deterministic (Det) mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) is proposed, and the RO
model is presented. Finally, under best and worst case realization of uncertain data based on optimality
and random realizations based on feasibility, the capability of RO model is evaluated. The results
illustrate the prominence of RO model
