Power Mean in view of Information Measures

Mean values have an important role in mathematics and statistics. Some of the power mean applications in view of statistical inference are discussed here. Also, finding link between entropy versions and generalized mean are derived via aspects of mean entropies. Information measures such as Csiszar divergence and mean divergence measure and their link with each other and various measures are stated. These divergence measures are obtained based on weighted distributions and special cases such as variant ordered data in univariate and bivariate cases also.
