Fabrication, Morphological and Magnetic Study of Ag-Fe Alloy Nanostructures

Electrodeposition is an easy and low-cost technique. It works at ambient pressure and temperature. In this work, Ag-Fe alloy thin films were electrodeposited on glass/Cr/Au substrate from an electrolyte containing Ag+ and Fe2+ ions. Structural and morphological characterization of samples performed using XRD and SEM technique. Morphological characterization of samples performed using SEM technique. SEM images show the size of grains increase with increasing the Fe concentration in electrolyte. AFM images indicate the kinetic roughening of samples increase with increasing the Fe concentration in electrolyte. Magnetic pro perties of Ag Fe alloy thin films were performed using AGFM technique. We observed that the saturation magnetization and remanence magnetization of Ag-Fe alloy thin films increase with increasing of the Fe content in films
