singular sets and reflexibility of some Hom-modules

Let R be a commutative Noetherian ring and let M, N be two finitely generated R- modules. In this paper, we defiine the singular sets S k(M,N) and prove that with some conditions on R, M and N there is close relationship between the dimension of this sets, the re flexivty and the torsion freeness of the R- modules HomR(M,N).
