بررسي همبستگي الكتروني و اثرات قطبش اسپيني در چاه كوانتومي GaAs به عنوان مدلي براي دستگاه الكتروني دو بعدي

In this paper we study the spin polarization effects on the scattering lifetime of quasiparticles at low temperature and energy region in a two dimensional electron gas as a model for system of x 1 x Al Ga As heterostructure with two identical quantum well and equal layer densities. We also make use o f spin dependent local field factors in our calculations to take into account the many-body electronic correlation beyond the random phase approximation. The outcome of our calculations is that the combined effect of local field corrections and spin polarization has significant impacts on the variation of quasiparticle lifetime versus the temperature and excitation energy of the system .The results of our study can be used for experimental studies of polarized phase of two dimensional electron systems
