In this paper, a new model based on a measure of entropy for obtaining the ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operators is introduced. In the model it is assumed that, according to the available information, the OWA. Weights satisfy inequality Constraints. The model is solved according to some given constraints with specific level of orness comparing the results with other methods. The results demonstrate the eficiency of our model in generating the COWA operatorʹ
