Ni-Fe spinel coating with a nominal composition of NiFe2O4 was synthesized by solid state reaction. Electrophoretic deposition method was used to insert NiFe2O4 spinel on a commercially available SUS 430 and the effect of different eclectic fields (100-300V) on surface morphology was investigated. The results indicated that the electric field of 100 V was an effective voltage to obtain crack-free coating
