The concept of lambda-super socle of C_c(X), denoted by S*C_lambda(X) (i.e. the set of elements of C_c(X) such that the cardinality of their cozerosets are less than lambda, where lambda is a regular cardinal number with lambda |X|) is introduced and studied. Primeness of S*C_lambda(X) in C_c(X) is investigated and is compared to primeness of S_lambda(X) in C(X
