Assessment Of The Knowledge And Performance Of Managers Of Sport Clubs From Their Legal Duties Toward Athletes: A Qualitative And Quantitative Study

This study aimed to find the knowledge and performance of managers of sport clubs in Isfahan from their legal duties toward athletes, and finding the effective factors in this regards. The total population of this study included all of the managers of sport clubs in Isfahan in 1395 (2015). The results indicated that managers of sport clubs in Isfahan do not have sufficient knowledge from their legal duties related to their career (p≤0.05). Furthermore, they do not completely perform their legal duties which makes various problems for them as well as other persons involved in sport clubs.
