A Survey on Social Networks Privacy: Attacks and Defenses

Online Social Networks (OSNs) have become popular between people. Thus they become potential channels for attackers to access to large amount of information. Therefore accessing data equals to user privacy breach. In this paper we survey social networks attacks. We define attacks and their affects in OSNs. We try to describe attacks that are more important and common in SNs. Also we present existing detection and defense mechanisms against these harmful attacks.
