In this study, ZnO/CuO composite nanostructures were synthesized in different mixing concentrations using the chemical bath deposition method. Wettability behavior of the prepared sample was analyzed by measuring the water contact angle (WCA) and contact angle hysteresis (CAH). FTIR and SEM analyses were applied to identify the surface chemistry and morphological features of the obtained ZnO-CuO composites. The results showed that increase of the CuO concentration lead to a reduction in the WCA values and the prepared sample at optimum mixing concentration was highly hydrophobic with water contact angle of 155.3°±3 and contact angle hysteresis of 2.8°.
