Development and Discussion of Intelligent plant on Steel making Continuous casting

This paper starts from steelmaking, continuous casting and slab treatment technology on the base of the technology of automatic steelmaking, continuous casting digital platform, quality analysis of steelmaking and continuous casting process and remote data monitoring and warning technology, comprehensively states the construction direction and technical points of the intelligent manufacturing platform for steelmaking and continuous casting. Through the application of the above techniques, automation and intelligent manufacturing level of steelmaking and continuous casting have been greatly improved, ensuring product quality stability and controllable production cost.
