In this research, we characterize all graphs with maximum signless Laplacian resolvent energy (also, signless
Laplacian Estrada index and resolvent signless Laplacian Estrada index) through the set of all c-cyclic graphs, having
exactly c-2 or c-3 simple cycles, each of which has no edges in common with any other cycle of the graph.
