The effects of solvent–solute interactions on physicochemical properties and reactivity parameters can be studied in linear solvation energy relationships (LSERs). A LSER model contain three solvent’s was proposed to predict and descript Ostwald solubility coefficient of pyrene with empirical properties of various organic solvents and covered 0.88 and 0.89 of data variance in training and test sets respectively. This empirical scales was selected among a collection of parameters including spectroscopic based, equilibrium-kinetic based, and multiparameters of other measurements. The results showed that basicity and molar transition energy of solvents have significant role in solvation of pyrene.
