    This paper focuses on tracking control of uncertain time-delay dynamical systems with unknown upper bounds of uncertainties. A novel method is proposed to design a tracking control law. Lie derivative, and krasovskii functional are the tools for designing a new controller that makes the output of the system track a desired reference signal. This controller works based on the error between the output and the reference signal and the error derivatives. At the end an example is given for demonstration.
