    This paper investigates cooling system for a helmet using thermoelectric module. This cooling system consists of heat sink, thermoelectric module, radial fan controller and power supply. In thermoelectric coolers, by applying voltage, heat will be transferred throughout the system and it creates temperature difference. Therefore, we can use thermoelectric as heat pump. Such a system has been implemented and installed on a helmet. The performance of the implemented device has been conducted by SolidWorks software. The temperature has also been measured experimentally, after implementing the device. Experimental and numerical results fit to each other and mean temperature inside the helmet was reached from 40 °C to 36 °C.
