Inthispaper, to solveapopular testequationsinnumericalweatherprediction(NWP), augmentedradialbasisfunction methods are used for spatial discretization, and the resulting system of ODE’s is solved by using explicit Runge Kutta method. Comparison are done on equal spaced and scattered nodes
