Let S be a multiplicative subset of a ring R. The ring R is called S-Noetherian, if for each ideal I of R, sI ⊆ J ⊆ I for an s ∈ S and a finitely generated ideal J. We provide examples of S-Noetherian rings which do not satisfy the ACCP (and hence they are not Noetherian)
