Wavelet bases is a powerful for expanding functions and it has been used for dealing with
so many equations. One of these wavelet bases is legendre wavelet than is a combination of
legendre polynomials and wavelet bases. In this paper we apply these bases for solving a class
of fourth order boundary value problem. In some cases because of the unstability of the final
system. We need to use tikhoner requlartzation.s.
