Th e Maxwell Field Equations (MFEs), as ecumenical mathematical models of macroscopic
microscopic electromagnetic phenomena, are thoroughly studied during the past century[1]. One of the
lucrative but rarely introduced areas in manufacturing of Nano-Structures is the prediction of its
properties using an up-scaled prototype. If this Idea is procurable, then the low-cost manufacturing of
prototypes of electromagnetic Nano-structures, such as nantennas1, will be feasible. Th e scaling of
electromagnetic structures such as antennas radar targets have been thoroughly investigated by many
researchers, i.e. [2]. Also the effect of scaling of an electrically biased system is studied in detail as the
TRL2 of Nano-technology reached to its “Application Level”. But will the real-world measurements
obey the theoretical predictions about “Scaling” exactly? Th is paper investigates and examines if the
answer is YES or No.
