A new intuitionistic fuzzy additive weighting method based on group decision analysis to assess construction projects

their competitive advantages need to choose the right projects. In reality, this area is involved with uncertain and imprecise parameters. The aim of this paper is to use intuitionistic fuzzy sets for introducing a multi-criteria group decision-making method under uncertain environment. In this paper the weight of each decision maker and each criterion are separately addressed. Moreover, decision makers weights are addressed by applying a new intuitionistic fuzzy index, and criteria’ weights are addressed by introduced model based on the concept of closer to ideal solution and farther from negative ideal solution. Finally, the projects are evaluated and ordered based on a new intuitionistic fuzzy addictive weighting index. To illustrate further, the proposed method is used in an illustrative example for construction projects.
